Ask any gun owner and concealed carrier about their gear preferences, and it is safe to assume they will have favorites. But one important piece of gear that I think often gets overlooked is the simple belt we have around our waist. Not all belts are up for the task of not only supporting a weapon, but also being comfortable and stylish as well. Here are a few different gun belts that luckily, can do them all!
The great thing about the Relentless Tactical belt is that it looks like any ordinary belt, except that it can handle holding a weapon and extra magazines no problem. Lastly and one of the best parts about this gun belt is, it is made right here in the USA at an affordable cost.

I know some of you like to appendix carry, so we will be going over our thoughts on the belt that we think is best for appendix carry. There are a few things we look for when choosing a belt for AIWB. First thing is finding a slim, low profile buckle to limit the outline of the belt and gun. Second is finding just the right amount of flex and stiffness so the belt can support a firearm and still be comfortable to wear, move, and bend. Most people go for a leather belt, since it can be used for casual purposes as well as carrying a gun.
Above we noted briefly, Relentless Tactical, who makes a great IWB/AIWB belt since it has a low buckle profile making the gun and belt concealable. If your looking for something a little different we are huge fans of the Trayvax belt below.

One of the biggest reasons most people do not carry concealed is because it is uncomfortable for them. A quality belt can really help mitigate this and make it very easy to have a firearm at your side for when it is needed. All of these belts are only a small sample of gun belts available on the market today, but offer a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and price points to get pointed in the right direction. No matter what belt you choose, as long as you are comfortable and confident with your weapon you are doing it right.
